Mixing and Dosing Unit

Mixing and dosing unit consists of gypsum powder storing, metering and feeding system, dry powder pre-mixing and feeding system, reinforcement fiber metering and feeding system, special vertical mixer, etc.

A steric design is applied in the procedures of mixing and dosing unit, by equipping a multi-layer mixing and dosing platform, room, powder conveying distant are saved, which makes it more convenient. Metering of powder and additives is performed with our new metering conveyor, of which the metering deviation is within 1%, so that quality is assured. After metered, powders are sent to mixer to get mixed.
